Our Story

"Never Meant to Be a Business - Born From a Pause in Life"

Dear friend,

Velora Nutrition was never meant to be a business. It began when life forced us to slow down.

After years of pushing ourselves with long nights and constant stress, we found our health and balance slipping away. At the same time, we were watching loved ones struggle with the toll of everyday pressures. Everything we had built - our routines, our sense of security, suddenly felt fragile. We stepped away simply to breathe.

In that space of rest, something unexpected happened.

We didn’t go looking for natural remedies. In truth, we were skeptical. But while traveling, we encountered communities living strong, vibrant lives with traditions passed down for generations.

We saw how, in Italy, citrus fruits were part of daily rituals for heart wellness. In Asia, red yeast rice had long been part of diets. In Sri Lanka, Ceylon cinnamon carried meaning far beyond flavor. Across Europe and the Americas, plants like hawthorn and cayenne were woven into traditions of vitality and circulation.

These practices weren’t new, they had simply been overlooked.

What struck us wasn’t that nature lacked answers, but that its wisdom had never been presented in a way people could easily trust or use today. That became our mission: to take traditions that had stood the test of time and share them in a way that fits into modern life.

With a background in research and a passion for transparency, we chose liquid extracts - because they’re simple, quick to take, and easy to absorb. Every formula is carefully sourced, every ingredient considered, and every product is something we personally use and share with our families.

From the beginning, we made a decision:

Velora would never be about just “selling supplements.” It would be about offering another path - one focused on balance, vitality, and supporting everyday wellness.

This was never the path we expected, but it has become the one we believe in deeply.

Our promise to you, dear reader:
Velora exists to remind you that there is always another way to care for yourself. Grounded in tradition. Guided by care. Made to be trusted.

With gratitude,
Jason & Liza
