Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM local warehouse time will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. -
Shipping Origins
We fulfill orders from partner distribution centers located in the United States, United Kingdom, and Asia, depending on product availability and destination. You will be notified if any delays occur due to location-specific issues. -
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on region. Total delivery includes both processing and shipping time. All timeframes below are estimates and exclude customs or carrier delays.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international shipments, your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping fee. -
Partial Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship in separate packages to ensure faster delivery. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package when this occurs. -
Shipping Options & Tracking
All shipments include tracking. Carriers are automatically selected based on your delivery location and shipping speed. Express shipping options may be available at checkout for some regions. -
Insured Shipping (Optional at Checkout)
You may select Insured Shipping at checkout, which covers the following:

Lost package: Replacement sent free of charge

Damaged item: Immediate reshipment at no cost

Failed delivery by carrier: Full coverage provided
Without selecting Insured Shipping, compensation for loss or damage may not be guaranteed.

Failed Deliveries and Address Issues
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to address issues, missed delivery, or customs refusal, we may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense. Refunds will exclude shipping fees. -
Signature on Delivery (High-Value Orders)
For high-value orders, a signature may be required at delivery. You will be notified at checkout if this applies. This is to prevent fraud and ensure secure delivery. -
Shipping Restrictions

Force Majeure
