Velora Nutrition Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refund
     Customers may request a refund within 90 days of the original purchase date. Opened and used products are eligible for refund unless there is evidence of abuse or misuse. Unused returns are not required. Requests submitted after 90 days will not be eligible unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

  2. Refund Options
    Customers may choose one of the following:

  • A full refund to the original payment method, excluding original shipping fees

  • An exchange for the same product

  • A store credit of equal value

  1. How to Request a Refund
    To request a refund, contact Customer Support within 90 days of purchase. Include your order number and a short explanation of why the product did not meet your expectations. Our team will respond within 1 business day and advise if further steps are required.

  2. Return Method and Address
    If a return is required, Customer Support will provide the appropriate return address and instructions. In most cases, returns are not required unless fraud, excessive refunds, or abuse is suspected.

  3. Shipping Costs and Fees
    Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We cover shipping on product exchanges. No restocking fees apply unless there is evidence of misuse or excessive refund behavior.

  4. Subscriptions
    Subscription orders must be cancelled before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges. Refunds on subscription items apply only to unopened products, unless otherwise required by law. Subscription management is the customer’s responsibility and can be handled through your account portal or by contacting support.

  5. Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items
    Certain products are not eligible for refund, including:

  • Free samples

  • Digital products or downloads once accessed
     These items may be subject to their own specific terms disclosed at checkout.

  1. Proof of Purchase
    A valid order number is required for all refund or exchange requests. We may request a photo of the product or brief written feedback. Returns are not necessary unless specifically requested by our team.

  2. Refund Timeline
    Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is completed. Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

  3. Right of Withdrawal (EU and UK Customers)
    Customers located in the European Union or the United Kingdom have the legal right to cancel and return their order within 14 days of receiving the product, without needing to provide a reason, in accordance with local consumer protection laws.

  4. Currency and Foreign Transaction Disclaimer
    All refunds are processed in the original transaction currency. Any differences due to currency conversion rates or international banking fees are outside our control and not the responsibility of Velora.

  5. Chargebacks and Refund Abuse
    We reserve the right to deny refunds or block future purchases in cases of suspected fraud, excessive refund claims, chargeback abuse, or clear policy violations.

  6. Gift Purchases
    If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser only. We do not issue store credit or refunds directly to gift recipients.
